Asia Argento and Ashton Whitty

Ashton Blaise Whitty born October 1st 1995 on the 1st of October, 1995 in Berkeley California. She is most famous for her acting appearing on screen in Choices (2011), The Heart and Other Small Shapes (2004), and Chrissie Mair's Content House.

Asia Argento was raised in Rome by a film maker and actor family. She pursued both professions herself. The actress made her debut at the age of nine years old in Sergio Citti's Sogni e bisogni (1985). In 1988 the film of Michele Soavi's The Church was directed by Michele Soavi and she played in the role of Cristina Comencini's Zoo. In 1989, she played Nanni Moretti's daughter as the Red Wood Pigeon. (Also directed by Moretti). Close Friends (1992), directed and written by Michele Placido was the film that really launched Asia's professional career. Asia was able to transition from young girl roles to more mature and complicated roles. This movie received a positive review in the Cannes International Film Festival. Trauma (1996) and The Stendhal Syndrome are other films she has made with her famous father. The Phantom of the Opera is the third film she has acted in with her Father, which includes Trauma and The Stendhal Syndrome. Asia's focused and intense style of acting was also utilized for the part of Giuseppe Piccioni in Condannato a Nozze. Patrice Chereau directed her in Queen Margot in which she was a major character. In 1995, she collaborated with Michel Piccoli in Peter Del Monte's Traveling Companion , which again earned her a David di Donatello as well as the Grolla d'oro. In 1994 Asia began directing and turned out two film shorts: Prospettive In 1996 she directed a documentary on her father, and in 1998, a film about legendary director Abel Ferrara, Abel/Asia (1998) and received an award from the Rome Film Festival. The year 1999 was the year that Asia made her feature-directing debut with Scarlet Diva (2000), where she acted as the leading actress and author of the screenplay. The movie was released globally in the month of May. It was also released in Brooklyn, New York it was awarded an award at the Williamsburg film festival. In 2001, following the directing of a number of music videos, she gave birth to her first daughter, Anna Lou. In 2002, she was featured in The Red Siren directed by Olivier Megaton and starred alongside Jean-Marc Barr. Rob Cohen also directed the action film featuring Vin Diesel. Asia is the writer of numerous short stories that have been released in several magazines.
